Abu Kaysan Company Limited is a private own company, it was incorporated under the Company code, 1963 (Act 179) on the 25th day of March 2014 and that the liability of its members is Limited.

 

The Company under (Act179) having complied with the provision of Sections 27 and 28 of the Companies Code, 1963 commenced  business on the 2nd day of April 2014. However, having also complied with section 7(1) of the Labour Act 2003 (ACT 651) the Company was also licenced to operate as a Private Employment Agency both locally and internationally with a certificate Number KN 161, Lab: PEA\225, on the 15th March, 2014.

 

The objectives of the Company:

The Company was incorporated with four main objectives:

• Under the Company Code, 1963 (Act 179) the Company is to engage in Import and Export of general goods and services.

• Render general services to the Public except ( Finance and Banking)

• General Merchant.

•  Recruitment and job placement Agency in Ghana and International.
